(57) [Problem] To provide a conductive polymer compound layer having high heat resistance. SOLUTION: In a solid electrolytic capacitor using a conductive polymer compound formed by chemical oxidation polymerization as a solid electrolyte, the thickness of the conductive polymer compound layer at the center of the capacitor element is at least 0.02 μm or more. The thickness of the conductive polymer compound layer at the center of the capacitor element and the thickness of the conductive polymer compound layer near the outer surface of the capacitor element are within 0.08 μm. As a result, the inner conductive polymer compound layer, which tends to be formed thin in the conventional method, does not become insulated by the heat of the heat resistance test. ESR deterioration of the solid electrolytic capacitor is prevented in the heat resistance test at ℃. |
