titleOfInvention | Grouting agent for ground injection and ground improvement method using it |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] A new solution grout agent based on alkaline water glass that exhibits a wide range of compressive strength characteristics and long-term durability from low to high strength is provided at low cost, and highly integrated consolidation of soft ground And to enable advanced groundwater blocking of sewer pipes. SOLUTION: The micro liquid comprises alkaline water glass, a water glass hardener, a water-soluble organic polymer and water, and a mixture thereof comprises a sea phase of the alkaline water glass and an island phase of the water-soluble organic polymer. A novel alkali-water glass-based grouting agent for ground injection that has a multi-phase structure and can give a consolidated gel reflecting its micro-multi-phase structure. A ground improvement method for injecting the grout agent into the ground through a grout injection pipe or a hollow anchor bolt and integrally solidifying the ground with the ground to permanently secure the ground. A method for stopping groundwater from flowing into a sewer pipe by pressurizing and injecting the water into the leaked part through a self-feeding parker injector having a small-diameter double parker and a television camera to prevent the flow of groundwater. |
