titleOfInvention | Grouting agent for ground injection and ground improvement method using it |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a low-cost solution-type grout agent based on alkaline water glass that exhibits a wide range of compressive strength characteristics from low strength to high strength and long-term durability, ensuring long-term reliability. To be able to strengthen the ground and to repair advanced water stoppages of sewer pipes. SOLUTION: A mixed solution containing an alkali water glass, a water glass hardener, a water-soluble organic polymer having a terminal silyl group, and water forms a microphase-separated structure consisting of sea-island, and has high toughness or high strength. A novel alkali-water glass-based grouting agent for ground injection characterized by providing an organic-inorganic hybrid multi-phase gel having a micro multi-phase structure exhibiting gel properties. A ground improvement method for injecting the grout agent into the ground via a grout injection pipe or a hollow anchor bolt and solidifying the ground to permanently secure the ground. A method for stopping groundwater from flowing into a sewer pipe by pressurizing and injecting and solidifying the leaked portion through a self-feeding parker injector having a small-diameter double parker and a television camera to prevent the flow of groundwater. |
