abstract (57) [Abstract] [Purpose] Micro spherical hardened phenol resin having an average particle diameter of 50 μm or more can be easily produced, and less gas is generated when the resin particles are molded. It is to provide a method by which particles can be produced. SOLUTION: When a phenol and an aldehyde are reacted in an aqueous medium in the presence of a basic catalyst and an emulsion stabilizer to produce a resol resin, a novolak resin is added to the reaction system and reacted. Production method of fine spherical cured phenolic resin particles.
