titleOfInvention Multistage enlargement method of rubber latex
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a large particle rubber latex having a desired average particle diameter and a particle diameter distribution from a small particle diameter rubber latex without generating any undesirable coagulated product. It is an object of the present invention to provide a method of manufacturing at low cost and with high productivity by a simple manufacturing process. SOLUTION: After a first enlarging step of enlarging latex particles by adding an acid or an acid anhydride to a neutral or alkaline small particle rubber latex which is unstable in an acidic region, an enlarging step in a former stage Adding a neutral or alkaline small particle rubber latex which is unstable in an acidic region to the enlarged latex obtained in the above step, and then adding an acid or an acid anhydride to enlarge the latex particles. A method for multi-stage enlargement of rubber latex, wherein the latex is adjusted to neutral or alkaline after repeating at least twice.
