titleOfInvention | Monoclonal antibody, hybrid cell, and method for producing monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes dihydropyridine structure |
abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] A monoclonal antibody whose specific recognition site is specified at the molecular structure level and which can surely recognize a substance correlated with oxidative stress in vivo, such as clinical diagnosis and analysis. A monoclonal antibody useful in the above, a hybrid cell capable of producing the monoclonal antibody, and a method for producing the monoclonal antibody. The monoclonal antibody specifically recognizes a dihydropyridine structure. The monoclonal antibody is prepared by fusing antibody-producing cells and myeloma cells obtained from a constant-temperature animal immunized with a malondialdehyde-modified protein, preferably a protein consisting of malondialdehyde-modified limpet hemocyanin, as an antigen. Then, a hybrid antibody is prepared, and a monoclonal antibody that specifically recognizes a dihydropyridine structure is produced from the hybrid cell. |
