abstract | (57) Abstract: An acrylic copolymer pressure-sensitive adhesive comprising a functional monomer as an essential component and an azo compound such as azo-bis-isobutyronitrile as a polymerization initiator is contained in an adhesive. -Contains mercaptobenzimidazole and / or propyl gallate and a transdermally absorbable drug such as azelastine. This drug-containing adhesive layer is formed on at least one surface of the support to obtain a transdermal absorption preparation. [Effect] The coloring phenomenon that occurs when a transdermally absorbable drug is incorporated into an acrylic copolymer pressure-sensitive adhesive is prevented. Therefore, it suppresses the coloring phenomenon due to the interaction between the transdermally absorbable drug and various trace components in the acrylic copolymer adhesive or the coloring enhancement phenomenon during the storage period, and has a stable and acceptable appearance in the preparation. It becomes a transdermal preparation. Further, the stability of the transdermally absorbable drug content is excellent. |
