(57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To prevent excessive supply of carbon dioxide gas 7 to beer 5 in barrel 1, and to suppress pouring due to erroneous operation. SOLUTION: A connecting valve 10 is opened to introduce a carbon dioxide gas 7 from a gas tank into a barrel 1 by a first stage operation of swinging a pouring cock 4 from an initial position to a predetermined position (illustrated state). The outlet valve 14 is closed to seal the beer 5 so that it cannot be poured. The subsequent operation of swinging the pouring cock 4 from the predetermined position to the pouring position in the second stage allows The outlet valve 14 is opened while the connection valve 10 is kept open.
