titleOfInvention Carbonated beverage dispensing method and carbonated beverage dispensing device
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To prevent excessive supply of carbon dioxide gas 7 to beer 5 in barrel 1, and to suppress pouring due to erroneous operation. SOLUTION: A connecting valve 10 is opened to introduce a carbon dioxide gas 7 from a gas tank into a barrel 1 by a first stage operation of swinging a pouring cock 4 from an initial position to a predetermined position (illustrated state). The outlet valve 14 is closed to seal the beer 5 so that it cannot be poured. The subsequent operation of swinging the pouring cock 4 from the predetermined position to the pouring position in the second stage allows The outlet valve 14 is opened while the connection valve 10 is kept open. Thereby, the pressurized beer 5 into which the carbon dioxide gas 7 is mixed is discharged from the spout 22.
