titleOfInvention Membrane switch
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To reduce the initial value of contact resistance and the rate of aging of a membrane switch. A conductive layer made of Ag using a resin-based polymer as a binder is formed on a base film, and a resin-based binder is used to cover the conductive layers. FPCs 1 and 2 are formed by printing and forming contact portions 13 and 23 made of alloy particles by coprecipitation of Pd and Pd. The contact portions 13 and 23 are arranged to face each other, and the spacer 3 is arranged between them. Thereby, a predetermined interval is maintained between the contact portions 13 and 23. The composition ratio of Ag in the alloy particles, the particle size of the alloy particles, and the composition ratio of the alloy particles at the contact points 13 and 23 were 50 to 97 wt%, 0.5 to 5.0 μm, and 91, respectively. By setting it to 95 wt%, the contact resistance of the contact portions 13 and 23 can be reduced, and a current of several hundred mA can be realized. or, By containing Pd, the corrosion resistance of the contact portions 13 and 23 can be increased, and the rate of increase in contact resistance due to aging can be reduced.
