abstract (57) [Summary] (Modifications required) [Problem] A foamed skin layer having excellent softness is easily laminated on a core material resin layer, and the production cost is low without generating an extra cut off portion as a skin material. Provided is a method for manufacturing a laminate. A first molten resin supply port for supplying a molten thermoplastic resin and a blowing agent-containing molten thermoplastic elastomer (10) are supplied to one of a pair of male and female molds. Using a mold provided with a second molten resin supply port for supply, a foamed skin layer made of a foamed thermoplastic elastomer is laminated and integrated with a core material resin layer 9 made of a thermoplastic resin. A method for producing a laminate.
