titleOfInvention Guide wire type ECG electrode with pressure sensor
abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To monitor an electrocardiogram at a site close to the heart surface in synchronization with blood pressure measurement in catheter treatment such as percutaneous angioplasty (PTA) or percutaneous coronary angioplasty (PTCA). The present invention relates to a guide wire type intracardiac electrocardiogram electrode provided with a semiconductor type pressure sensor. SOLUTION: In a guidewire type intracardiac electrocardiogram electrode for guiding a catheter to be inserted into a heart, the guidewire type intracardiac electrocardiogram electrode has a metal X-ray opaque tip and an opening close to the tip. A sensor unit for mounting a pressure sensor for blood pressure measurement and an extension unit connected to an external measurement device are fixed to each other, and a sensor and an X-ray opaque unit and an external device are connected to the wire lumen. It is characterized in that conductive fine wiring to be connected to each wire is present therein, and the outer surface of the wire excluding the X-ray opaque portion at the tip is coated with a resin, and this X-ray opaque portion is used as a monopolar electrode. Guide wire type ECG electrode with pressure sensor.
