titleOfInvention Novel nucleic acid and method for detecting pathogenic Xanthomonas campestris using the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a means for efficiently and rapidly detecting Xanthomonas campestris showing pathogenicity to gramineous plants from various samples existing in the environment. SOLUTION: It has a nucleic acid fragment having a base sequence represented by SEQ ID NO: 1 in the sequence listing, a probe for detecting pathogenic Xanthomonas campestris labeled with this fragment, and a base sequence consisting of 15 to 50 consecutive bases in this fragment. A primer comprising a nucleic acid for detecting pathogenic Xanthomonas campestris was provided.
