abstract (57) [Summary] The present invention relates to a fishing bait and a method of manufacturing the same, and an object of the present invention is to provide a fishing bait and a method of manufacturing the same that effectively utilize a phosphorescent agent mixed with the fishing bait without waste. A fishing bait according to claim 1 is a fishing bait obtained by gelling a mixed solution of a fishing base and a phosphorescent agent, wherein the phosphorescent agent is unevenly mixed into a predetermined portion on the outer surface side. . According to a second aspect of the present invention, the fishing base is mixed with a luminous agent having a higher specific gravity, and the mixed solution is injected and filled in the mold. After settling at the bottom, the gel is formed to produce a fishing bait mixed with the phosphorescent agent unevenly distributed at a predetermined portion on the outer surface side.
