abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a diluting apparatus capable of safely diluting a concentrated aqueous solution of hypochlorous acid. SOLUTION: Outlet 2 of concentrated aqueous solution of hypochlorous acid A1 A flexible air-tight bag 28 is inserted into a closed corrosion-resistant container 23 having the containers 4 and 25, and the opening of the bag 28 is connected to the ventilation hole 26 provided in the container 23. The inside of the bag 28 is communicated with the outside air to form a concentrated solution storage tank 20. A concentrated hypochlorous acid aqueous solution inlet for introducing the concentrated hypochlorous acid aqueous solution supplied from the concentrated solution storage tank 20, a dilution water introduction port for introducing dilution water, and a concentrated hypochlorous acid aqueous solution. A mixed dilution solution tank having a stirring means for mixing the dilution water and a hypochlorous acid aqueous solution outlet for taking out a hypochlorous acid aqueous solution diluted to a predetermined concentration is provided. |
