Provide a protective film. A liquid crystal display panel surface protective film used by being adhered to a surface of a polarizing plate or a phase difference plate of the liquid crystal display plate, wherein one surface of a biaxially oriented polyester film having a thickness of 5 to 50 μm. And a biaxially oriented polyester film having a retardation value of 30 to 10,000 nm, and a biaxially oriented polyester film having a retardation value of 30 to 10,000 nm. Has a surface resistivity of less than 1 × 10 10 Ω, and the laminated film has a total light transmittance of 80% or more.
