abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a moving blade using high-strength martensitic steel, a high-low pressure integrated steam turbine using the same, and a high-efficiency combined power generation system. In a high-low pressure integrated steam turbine comprising a high pressure section and a low pressure section and comprising a single compartment, a ratio of a distance between bearings to a blade length of a final stage rotor blade is 5.6 to 7.0 or a rated output. The ratio thereof to (MW) is 20 to 90. The blade according to the present invention has C0.10 to 0.24. %, Si 0.25% or less, Mn 0.90% or less, Cr 8.0 1313.0%, Ni 2.00〜4.0%, Mo more than 1.5% and 3.0% or less, the total amount of one or two of Nb and Ta is 0.04〜0.24%, and It contains 0.02 to 0.10% of N.
