abstract | (57) [Abstract] [Problem] To provide a wear-resistant coating material composition having excellent curability, transparency, abrasion resistance, surface smoothness, heat resistance, chemical resistance, durability, weather resistance, and adhesion. SOLUTION: Colloidal silica fine particles (a-1) (solid content) 60-95% by weight, silicon compound (a-2) such as methyl hydrogen silicone oil 2-25% by weight, allyl methacrylate etc. 5-50 parts by weight of a reaction product (A) (solid content) synthesized from 2-20% by weight of a saturated bond-containing compound (a-3); 50-95 parts by weight of a polyfunctional (meth) acrylate (B); Abrasion-resistant coating material composition comprising 0.01-5 parts by weight of photopolymerization initiator (C) ((A) + (B) = 100 parts by weight); and a method for producing the same. |
