(57) [Summary] [Problem] A head-toe with a low monool content. A method for producing a polyoxyalkylene polyamine using a low-viscosity polyoxyalkylene polyol having a high tail-to-tail bond selectivity, and an appearance obtained by reacting a polyol containing the polyoxyalkylene polyamine with a polyisocyanate compound. Provided is a method for producing an excellent polyurethane urea resin. SOLUTION: A polyoxyalkylene polyamine is produced by aminating a terminal hydroxyl group of a polyoxyalkylene polyol obtained by polymerizing an active hydrogen compound with an alkylene oxide by using a phosphazene compound having a specific structure as a catalyst. A polyurethane urea resin is produced from the obtained polyol containing a polyoxyalkylene polyamine. |
