titleOfInvention | Optically active trans-3,3-dialkoxy-1,2-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid ester and production method |
abstract | (57) Abstract: An optically active trans-3,3 which is an intermediate for producing cyclobutane nucleosides useful as an antiviral agent. -To provide a simple method for producing dialkoxy-1,2-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid ester. SOLUTION: General formula (2) (Wherein, R and R 1 represent the same alkyl group having 1 to 5 carbon atoms or lower alkyl groups which may be different from each other), and are represented by (±) -trans-3,3-dialkoxy-1, 2- Cyclobutanedicarboxylate, Bacillu s. licheniformis to hydrolyze the ester group in an enantioselective manner to give an optically active trans-3,3-dialkoxy-1, Produce 2-cyclobutanedicarboxylic acid ester. |
