abstract |
(57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a method for producing face wash water which has few skin troubles and has a moisturizing effect that does not dry the skin even after face wash. SOLUTION: An aqueous solution to which an organic acid is added at least 10 -4 mol / l, an organic acid salt is added at 10 -3 mol / l or more, and a reducing agent having a capability of removing free chlorine is added is prepared. This aqueous solution is electrolyzed. Before and after the electrolysis, the pH of the aqueous solution hardly changes within the range of 4.5 to 6.5. In addition, before and after the electrolysis, the oxidation-reduction potential of the oxidation-reduction system including the oxidizing agent and the reducing agent contained in the aqueous solution decreases. |
