titleOfInvention | Multicolor thermal recording material |
abstract | (57) [Summary] (with correction) [Problem] Due to the difference in heating application conditions from the thermal head, the color develops into multiple colors having different color tones. The present invention provides a multicolor heat-sensitive recording material which is excellent in optical character readability in which the black color is less mixed and the black color at high temperature printing reads in the near infrared region. SOLUTION: The thermosensitive coloring layer is obtained by (1) emulsifying and dispersing a solution containing a first dye precursor as a solute as a solvent for the polyvalent isocyanate compound in water, and then promoting the polymerization reaction of the polyvalent isocyanate compound. Composite fine particles, (2) solid fine particles of a second dye precursor that develops a reddish color tone, and the fine particles are contained in the thermosensitive coloring layer, and (3) The first dye precursor is composed of a dye precursor that develops a black color tone, a dye precursor that develops a green to blue color tone, and a dye precursor that has strong absorption in the near infrared region. Multicolor thermosensitive recording material containing a mixture. |
