abstract (57) Abstract: A biaxially stretched polypropylene film having a pearly luster according to the present invention is a calcium carbonate coated with 85 to 98 parts by weight of a polypropylene (A) and a fatty acid having 10 to 28 carbon atoms. A biaxially stretched film formed from a polypropylene resin composition containing 2 to 15 parts by weight of the powder (B) [the total amount of the components (A) and (B) is 100 parts by weight], Calcium carbonate powder (B) coated with the fatty acid has an average particle size of 1 to 5 μm, a maximum particle size of 10 μm or less, and a calcium carbonate particle having a particle size of 5 μm or less is 80% of the entire calcium carbonate. It is characterized by having a particle size distribution occupying at least% by weight. [Effect] The biaxially stretched film has a beautiful pearl luster, has no fish eyes, and is excellent in appearance.
