titleOfInvention | Fiber reinforced plastic perforated tube and method for producing the same |
abstract | [57] [Abstract] [Problem] To provide high porosity, excellent mechanical strength, small pressure loss due to the pipe wall, and uniformly generate fine bubbles from the entire pipe wall regardless of the amount of air supply during aeration in water. A porous tube made of fiber reinforced plastic and a method for producing the same. SOLUTION: The heat fusible fiber is composed of 45 to 400 parts by weight of an inorganic reinforcing fiber with respect to 100 parts by weight, and has a porosity of 50 to 9 parts. 0 volume% fiber reinforced plastic perforated tube, and 100 parts by weight of the heat-fusible fiber and 45 to 400 parts by weight of the reinforcing fiber are dispersed in water, compounded to form a sheet, and the sheet is heated under pressure, cooled, densified, and then densified. The above-mentioned fiber-reinforced plastic, characterized in that the formed sheet is wound into one or more layers to form a tube, inserted into a molding die, the sheet-inserted molding die is heated to expand the sheet, thereby forming a perforated tube. Method for manufacturing perforated pipe. |
