abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for manufacturing lightweight concrete that can be used with appropriate softness without having to wait for proper softness or discarding. SOLUTION: A lightweight aggregate that is entirely or partially dried is used, and a water reducing agent having a good dispersing performance is added at the time of kneading all the concrete materials at first, and after the concrete is kneaded, the water reducing agent is added. Is characterized in that at least one admixture selected from water-reducing agents or fluidizing agents having different components is added later and re-kneaded.
