titleOfInvention Utilization of nutrients by certain oligosaccharides and metabolites of lactic acid bacteria
abstract (57) [Summary] (Modified) [Problem] To provide a method of using certain oligosaccharides and metabolites of lactic acid bacteria to be added to nutrients. SOLUTION: As a material for food for specified health use, a certain type of oligosaccharide such as galactooligosaccharide, which has been shown to have an intestinal regulation effect, and a metabolite of a lactic acid bacterium for purifying the human intestinal environment, are added to a health food to improve health. In order to sufficiently absorb food components, lactic acid bacteria (particularly bifidobacteria) in the intestine are proliferated to maintain the intestinal environment and maintain health.
