(57) [Summary] [Object] It is an object of the present invention to provide a member for purifying water in a biological breeding aquarium. [Constitution] The present invention forms a titanium oxide thin film or a layer in which titanium oxide fine particles are dispersed on a surface of a natural material or a member simulating the natural material placed in contact with water in a water tank or a wall material forming the water tank. In addition, water is purified by decomposing contaminants such as organic substances in water by the photocatalytic action. |
