titleOfInvention | Method for producing Rhodotorula gracilis enzyme D-amino acid oxidase in a host cell |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nA method for the production of the enzyme D-amino acid oxidase of Rhodotorula gracilis in a host cell. This method comprises isolating a complementary DNA corresponding to the messenger RNA of a gene encoding a D-amino acid oxidase from any Rhodotorula gracilis strain producing the enzyme. The DNA fragment containing the ribosome binding site and a highly efficient promoter sequence for expression of the gene in the host cell, the DNA fragment being inserted into a plasmid suitable for the host cell. Is transformed with the plasmid and the enzyme is recovered. |
