abstract |
(57) [Summary]nA method for detecting the homozygous or heterozygous state of a putative mutation in one nucleic acid, wherein two primer pairs intervene simultaneously. The two different primer pairs lead to the production of different sized amplified fragments, and the number and quality of the amplified bands makes it possible to distinguish between homozygous and heterozygous individuals for said mutation. |
