(57) Abstract The present invention relates to a novel derivative of acetylsalicylic acid containing a NO 3 structure. They are therapeutically active as intact activator molecules or after dissociation (NO release). The invention also relates to methods for their preparation and in particular their use as agents for alleviating pain, preventing platelet aggregation, hypothermia and for preventing cardiovascular disorders and tumor symptoms. |
