titleOfInvention | Surface cleaning composition and equipment |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nThe present invention provides an apparatus for cleaning a surface, wherein a first liquid containing an oxidizing agent and a second liquid containing a builder or chelating agent are initially maintained separately. The device is configured such that these two liquids are liable to be released and are mixed while discharging to the treatment surface to form a mixture. Either one or both of the first and second liquids include a pH adjusting agent, which, when the liquid is released, has a pH at which the resulting mixture sufficiently satisfies the cleaning efficiency and stability of the oxidizing agent. The amount that is maintained. The present invention also provides a composition produced by the process of maintaining the two liquids described above separately and producing a mixture thereof while discharging to a treated surface. |
