(57) [Summary]nDisclosed are novel immunological carrier systems, DNA encoding them, and the use of these systems. The carrier system may comprise a leuco fusion with a selected GnRH multimer consisting essentially of at least one repeat GnRH decapeptide sequence or at least one repeat unit of a sequence corresponding to at least one epitope of the selected GnRH molecule. Chimeric proteins including toxin polypeptides. Under the present invention, the selected GnRH sequences are all identical, or correspond to different derivatives, analogs, variants or epitopes of GnRH, as long as the GnRH sequence can elicit an immune response. Leukotoxin functions to increase the immunogenicity of the GnRH multimer to which it is fused. |
