titleOfInvention | In-two hybridization solution and method |
abstract | (57) [Summary]nAn in-two fluorescence hybridization (FISH) procedure and solution are disclosed. The overall FISH process is rapid (within 15 minutes) and the hybridization step is completed within 5 minutes. The entire FISH treatment with a digoxigenin-labeled or biotin-labeled probe takes about 30 minutes. A formamide free solution (dextran sulfide and glycerol) is provided. Another solution (10% dextran and 20% formamide) is also provided. Other solutions for in-situ hybridization for mRNA are further provided, and processing is completed within 24 hours. |
