(57) [Summary]nThe composite particles include a bleach catalyst and one or more cleaning enzymes. The particles are particularly useful in automatic dishwashing compositions. For this, a cobalt (III) or manganese (III) bleach catalyst is combined with a protease or amylase enzyme and a carrier. The resulting particles are used in conjunction with perborate or percarbonate bleach to wash dishes with an automatic machine. |
