(57) [Summary]nThe present invention is an improved protective cover used to protect a wearer from contact with liquids, even under extremely harsh conditions. The present invention focuses on voids in seams that have been neglected as a major cause of rejection in protective clothing and other covers that block air, liquid or virus penetration for long periods of time. By sealing the seam with an adhesive and sufficiently reducing the void size to less than 10 μm so that the fibers in the seam are well encapsulated, dangerous leakage through the cover is dramatically reduced. |
