abstract | (57) [Summary] A component capable of forming a highly reliable cured film by an addition reaction without causing curing inhibition due to soldering flux on an electric / electronic component and a circuit board on which the component is mounted. It is intended to provide a formal coating agent. (A) An organopolysiloxane 100 containing at least two alkenyl groups in one molecule, wherein at least one of the alkenyl groups is an alkenyloxy group. A composition comprising: parts by weight; (B) an organopolysiloxane having at least two silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in one molecule; and (C) a catalytic amount of a platinum-based catalyst, Component (B) is compounded in an amount of one alkenyl group in component (A). The amount of the silicon-bonded hydrogen atoms in the component (B) is 2 to 15 mol with respect to the mol, and the cured product obtained by curing the composition has a J value specified in JIS K6301-1995. A conformal coating agent having an ISA hardness of 5 to 40. |
