titleOfInvention | Continuous suspension polymerization of vinyl chloride polymer |
abstract | PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a continuous suspension polymerization method for a vinyl chloride-based polymer which can suppress coarsening and high internal filling of the obtained vinyl chloride-based polymer. SOLUTION: A vinyl chloride monomer composed of a vinyl chloride monomer alone or a mixture of a vinyl chloride monomer and a monomer copolymerizable therewith is continuously mixed with a dispersant, a polymerization initiator and water. A continuous suspension polymerization method for a vinyl chloride polymer in which suspension polymerization is carried out in an aqueous medium containing a dispersant while being supplied to a polymerization vessel, wherein the suspension polymerization is a water-soluble compound. A continuous suspension polymerization method for a vinyl chloride polymer, which is carried out while supplying a compound containing one or more nitrogen atoms to the vinyl chloride monomer at 30 to 500 ppm. |
