titleOfInvention Treatment method and medicine bath after cultured pearl mussel intubation surgery
abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] To provide a method for reducing the mortality and enucleation rate of cultured pearl oysters that have been subjected to intubation surgery, and to provide a drug used therefor. SOLUTION: The cultured pearl mussels subjected to the intubation surgery are medicated with a solution of a nitrofuran derivative, and a method of treating the cultured pearl mussels after the intubation surgery is performed. The present invention provides a reduced mortality agent for cultured pearl mussels and a denucleating agent for cultured pearl mussels subjected to an intubation surgery comprising a nitrofuran derivative.
