abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] In recent years, in the papermaking process, an increase in the number of chemicals added due to diversification of paper and the use of closed water in the process associated with pollution control have been progressing, and pitch obstacles tend to increase. Until now, Various methods have been proposed for the purpose of suppressing and preventing pitch disturbance. However, previous proposals have not always yielded satisfactory results. SOLUTION: During the papermaking process, by adding a pitch inhibitor containing at least one compound obtained by reacting a specific alkylenediamine with epihalohydrin, excellent pitch obstacle suppression and prevention effects can be obtained. It is possible to prevent deterioration in product quality and to improve productivity and workability. |
