At this time, before the foaming of the raw material resin is completed, at least a part of the clearance 3 of the mold is made to be smaller than the thickness of the composite to be obtained, so that the mat-like reinforcing fiber 5 is impregnated with the raw material resin. Thereafter, until the foaming of the resin is completed, the clearance 3 is changed to the same thickness as the thickness of the composite, and the raw resin is foamed and hardened. |
