abstract (57) [Summary] [Problem] To provide a decorative formwork that is lightweight, has excellent strength, and is capable of curing concrete by steam curing. SOLUTION: This is a method for manufacturing a base material mat for a decorative form, which is used by attaching a sheet, for manufacturing a concrete product having an uneven pattern formed on a surface, the method comprising a first chemical solution containing a polyol ( A) is mixed with a gas to form a foam, and this is mixed with a second chemical solution (solution B) containing isocyanate, or an uncured material obtained by mixing a gas with a mixed solution of solution A and solution B. A method for producing a base material mat for a decorative form, comprising: casting the urethane foam of the above using a simple form of an upper open system having an uneven pattern formed on an inner surface thereof, which is obtained by the method. A base material mat and a decorative formwork comprising the base material mat and a covering sheet.
