abstract | (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] Activated partial thromboplastin time (APT) T) In an APTT measurement method using a dry reagent for measurement, the correlation of the measurement results with a conventional APTT measurement method using an APTT reagent solution is further improved, and the simultaneous reproducibility of measurement is further improved. SOLUTION: A sample is prepared by diluting a sample diluted with a sample diluent comprising an aqueous solution containing a chelating agent such as citric acid and sodium citrate with a dry reagent for APTT measurement. Perform PTT measurement. |
