abstract (57) Abstract: An object of the present invention is to provide a solid neutral detergent that does not damage the surface of a soiled object and the skin of a hand. SOLUTION: The present invention relates to a non-ionic surfactant having a concentration of 0.5 to 20% by weight, a solvent of 1 to 20% by weight and a stearic acid of 5 to 15% by weight, and a regulator such as a polishing agent and a cleaning performance improving agent. The aqueous solution diluted so as to be 5% by weight or less is solidified, and the pH is set to 7 to 9.
