abstract (57) [Problem] To obtain a liquid bleaching composition which does not deteriorate in bleaching performance even when stored for a long period of time. The hydrogen peroxide contains 0.1 to 10% by weight of hydrogen peroxide, 0.5 to 50% by weight of a nonionic surfactant and 0.2 to 2% by weight of a phosphonic acid sequestering agent. And the mixing ratio of the phosphonic acid sequestering agent and the phosphonic acid sequestering agent have a relationship represented by the following formula: phosphonic acid sequestering agent / hydrogen peroxide> 0.03, and acetic acid or acetate in the phosphonic acid sequestering agent Liquid bleach composition having a content of 5% by weight or less.
