titleOfInvention | Friction material for vibration wave motor and vibration wave motor using the same |
abstract | (57) [Problem] To provide a friction material for a vibration wave motor and a vibration wave motor using the same, which solves the inability to start due to adsorption of a vibration body and a contact body due to long-term standing, and obtains stable rotation. SOLUTION: A vibrating body 1 for generating vibration of a vibration wave motor is provided. And a friction material 12 used for a driving surface 10 of a frictional contact portion of the contact body 1 which comes into frictional contact with the vibrator 11 and moves relatively to the vibrator 11 by the vibration. A friction material for a vibration wave motor comprising a resin composition containing a fluorine compound having an alkyl group or a perfluoroalkyl group, and a vibration wave motor using the same. |
