SOLUTION: (A) a polyorganosiloxane having two or more alkenyl groups bonded to a silicon atom in one molecule, (B) a polyorganohydrogensiloxane, (C) a platinum-based compound and (D) a surface treated with an organosilicon compound to have a BET specific surface area of 120 to 200 m 2 / g; A polyorganosiloxane composition comprising 1 to 40 parts by weight of a fine powder of hydrophobic silica having a bulk density of 120 to 200 g / l; and a cured product thereof.
