SOLUTION: General formula (1) (Wherein R 1 represents a hydrogen atom or an acyl group; 2 , R 3 and R 4 represent a hydrogen atom, a lower alkyl group or a lower alkenyl group; R 5 and R 6 represent a hydrogen atom, an alkyl group which may have a substituent, Or, R 5 and R 6 together form a cycloalkyl group, or a saturated heterocyclic group containing one or more oxygen atoms or alkyl-substituted nitrogen atoms. However, R 2 and R 3 are not simultaneously a t-butyl group. ), An optically active form thereof, or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, for treating a renal disease.
