titleOfInvention Honeycomb shaped body and method for producing the same
abstract (57) [Problem] To provide a honeycomb molded body excellent in moldability, adsorption performance, strength, surface smoothness, and the like, and a method for producing the same. Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for manufacturing a honeycomb-shaped formed body that is easy to manufacture and can achieve high strength without requiring firing at a high temperature. SOLUTION: An aluminum-containing zinc phyllosilicate or a siliceous complex thereof and a chain clay mineral are mixed with each other by A: B = 99: A honeycomb-shaped formed body contained in a weight ratio of 1 to 10:90. Alternatively, the photoreactive semiconductor, the inorganic molding aid and the organic molding aid are kneaded in the presence of moisture, the obtained kneaded material is formed into a honeycomb shape, and the obtained formed body is dried in the presence of steam. A honeycomb formed body characterized by the following.
