abstract (57) [Summary] [PROBLEMS] When a charge detection probe is brought into contact with a measuring object, the measuring object is prevented from being deformed or damaged, and discharge between the measuring object is prevented. It effectively prevents and increases the durability of the charge detection probe. SOLUTION: A telescope structure in which a plunger 12 expands and contracts with respect to a barrel 11 containing a spring 13 therein. The plunger 12 is made of zirconium oxide.
