abstract PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide excellent bonding between a chlorinated polyethylene rubber or epichlorohydrin rubber having excellent heat resistance and a reinforcing material for rubber products such as rubber hoses, and the above rubber. The present invention provides a method for producing a rubber reinforcing fiber having flexibility. An adhesive treatment agent containing a mixture of a resorcinol-formaldehyde precondensate and an acrylonitrile-butadiene-based copolymer rubber latex and / or a carboxyl group-modified acrylonitrile-butadiene-based copolymer rubber latex is made of polyamide fiber or polyester. A method for producing a fiber for reinforcing rubber, which is performed by applying to a fiber and heat-treating the fiber. A rubber hose, wherein a chlorinated polyethylene rubber or epichlorohydrin rubber is reinforced by the rubber reinforcing fiber obtained by the above-mentioned production method.
