Ammonia-eliminated liquid reagent |
abstract |
(57) Abstract: There is provided a solution-based ammonia-scavenging reagent comprising isocitrate dehydrogenase which shows high stability under alkaline pH conditions and has heat resistance. As the enzyme, for example, an enzyme derived from the genus Thermus is suitable. [Effect] By adopting the present enzyme in a quantitative system for a biological substance using ammonia as a reaction product, not only a storable ammonia elimination reagent in a solution form but also a NA reagent can be obtained. A novel reagent that can be assembled with both D + and NADP + coenzyme systems and that can eliminate ammonia in a very short time is obtained. |
